I would very strongly advise you against this company. I'm 26 and have been gaming ALL my life. There is a lot of money in Gaming but not necessarily Esports, for example League of Legends (one of the biggest games) were losing money on LCS but made up for it because they controlled the rest of the ecosystem (e.g. skins, merchandise). The ones making big money in this area are the publishers, not the developers, not the tournament organisers or media organisations. Look at which companies are listed (Activision Blizzard, Take Two, EA) these are all publishers/and or developers making big money with the share price showing it.

The other problem for Esports Mogul is their product can't compete at all. Reddit is now the primary source of news for gamers. Why? Because it has everything, patch notes, memes, discussion and you know what? Its free. How are they going to compete against people who are working for karma???

What about their tournament product? Why do I care about these guys? 400,000 accounts who are probably inactive against the integrated matchmaking pools with millions. Esports Mogul have 0 liquidity for players. Dota 2 has its own tournaments in client. CSGO has always had a separate tournament organiser called ESEA. The newer games are continuously developing their multiplayer ecosystems because they want to capture all the revenue opportunities for themselves.
