It certainly feels a bridge too far for me to tell multiple shareholders that news is imminent/very soon when that news is likely to get noted as 'price sensitive' by ASX, be spread/promoted widely by management and is likely get some media exposure. The news itself wont be unexpected to most followers like ourselves but it will be the retail holders unfamiliar with FAR that suffer FOMO and bid up the price.

Good opportunity for a short term trade on the pump alone when/if news breaks particularly given the low liquidity of FAR. I prefer to hold most stocks 5years+ but some stocks you get a 'feel' for after a while.

If FAR does pump on the tribunal being constituted then the pump will be shortlived as the reality that PE could roll on for years sets in (regardless of what management say, the 'unspoken rule of 6 months' lol, anyone want to challenge me on that then I will happily dig up the list of ICC unresolved cases > 12-18 months again...)

As far as the broad market is concerned PE related news will be released at an unknown future point in time, but we (HC) all know that news is very soon/imminent.

Hence my partial clearing of the decks for now until the dust settles. Also yet another reason to focus on the gems FAR does have and ignore PE in your investment research and analysis.
