I commend FAR for the response they provided GH in his original post. Nothing in the information that was provided to GH was anything we hadn't already understood...it was general, it reinforced some potential options and possibilities, and it suggested non specific timeframes. It was imo an excellent response that showed the company was actively on top of what they were pursuing - and the response a general attempt to update a shareholder's question. Since PE became an issue the company has stated they were confident they had a case....as I sit here I see nothing has changed except we are a lot closer to finding out!

People have been critical for some time about statements being given that simply say...something will be said when they have something "material to say". I believe the GH response was a genuine effort in giving a respectful response to questions (possibly on many peoples' lips), but obviously respecting the limitations that exist.

I am disappointed people feel it necessary to criticize FAR for the information that was provided....I am sure FAR must sometimes think - "we are damned if we do and we are damned if we don't"!!
