All US indicies are trading again. I get it now. If the offer is 5% below Friday's close the Indicies stop limit down. If somebody offers above 5% down they start trading again. EG DJIA stopped at 650 points down until somebody offers to sell at 649 points down and someone is willing to buy at that level (below 5%.) This goes on until 2 minutes before regular trading time starts.
