That's before the conflict of interest as a shareholder.

Casual conversation about your excitment in the IOT world for energy savings is the best you can do imo.

Then the next problem is information sensitivity; which could also end badly if you share information on this board that was relayed in private or atleast under the assumption it was meant to be.

I personally see way too many issues with this situation.
