Just checked the markets for the first time this week.
What a great announcement!
After 13 months with no exploration and over 6 million dollars spent with little or nothing to show for it. The company’s board considers themselves underpaid and will be taking out another, yes another loan to pay for more shares for themselves.
You couldn’t make this stuff up, unbelievable.
The “gale family fund” as it’s called must be getting pretty fat now.
Once again LRS bringing the comedy to the asx.

Excerpt from announcement:

“The Board’s current rates of remuneration are considered to be below market rates for a Company of the size and operations as Latin, and the Company has agreed to provide an additional equity component to their remuneration packages, being the Loan Funded Shares to motivate and reward them for their service to the Company”.
