SO you mean now is the time to load up as its not 'completely' de-risked...
When those 5 thing you listed have been accomplished dont you think that the price of the shares will reflect this?
I mean once construction begins, being they will be built off site and modular revenue will be imminant and share price will be north of 15c i would assume...
The way i see it they are kicking goals, and all is moving along tickety boo.
Sure i would love them to be in production all ready, but that is way things go.
