Even if there is an upgrade, the current market situation may not consider the upgrade at all. MPO is in the same boat as it is also waiting for the upgrade from the same people.
Would be nice if both contacted the reserve upgrader to get a definitive time frame. Last we heard from MPO was before end of January 2008.
