Are you sure the directors arent buying to help the price from falling, after placement?? after all $23,000 isnt what i would call big buying. The benefit is that they have picked up cheap.
I hold and are happy to do so,however spec shares will always get pasted when margin calls are coming thick and fast so they liquidate less defensive stocks.
