I can speak for two of there land estates in Victoria , Cascades on Clyde , and Annesbury ( with the Graham March golf course ) and certainly land values have NOT dropped , they have risen dramatically .

All this info is available , by going on the mailing lists . South East Melbourne land is certainly NOT falling , make a few phone calls you will see .
