Hmmm.. The plot thickens!
The cut off grade should not be selectable! It should be driven by costs and prices, and based on a specific ROI or level of profitability...
If, in fact, the true (economically viable) cut off is actually less than 500 (say 400 for example), the it sounds like there are brine zones that would be added to the reserves and therefore the whole shebang is worth even more!
Even with the base case and 25kt for 40 years, it's going to be amazing..
I still reckon they should (and likely will) eventually up the rate to 40 or 50ktpa, driven by the crazy demand that is on its way! That'll raise the NPV just on the time value of money basis.
Time will tell... Exciting times once they get a shuffle on and get it going!!
