I hear on the grapevine that the interim exec director (Hartley) is away for the next 4 weeks ?? why would that be considering the crucial state of play in appointing a new CEO? Apparently he is still contactable ..but... ??? It's just not good enough considering the hammering the SP is copping. Call him to confirm.
What's the problem .. the shareholders need to know if there is a problem. If there is no problem then why has a fixed date not been set since it was supposed to be expected to be announced in April. Now it's "expected" to be announced in May ?? May might turn into June .. seems far from resolved.
These days if you were trying to get an IPO up an running with the aim of listing on the ASX, you would have buckley's chance of getting the nod to list from the ASX without a confirmed fit and proper CEO in place.

Where exactly is the newly proposed exploration $2.4 Mill spend is going to be allocated ?
Why exactly would you go full blast to set up a very small scale Scandium plant and base your DFS on it when you do not have a confirmed offtake agreement ?? Taken from today's report .. note the "Potential" customers remark.
Where is a definitive statement on the all important COBAL/NICKEL/SKAEGAARD .. exploration and development and the status quo of the Munni Munni ARV work .. I noticed that ARV have now seem to have extended the JV to September .. that's a technical default and if that's the case, it's a material event that needs to be reported by PGM to the market and its shareholders. PGM needs to review ARV's announcements .. or have they agreed to the extension and not notified its shareholders or the market.
It might be a case where ARV has not notified PGM. Whatever the case is, immediate clarification is needed on the Munni Munni JV status. If it's a stuff up by either party it's just not acceptable.
The shareholders need to know if the terms of the Munni Munni JV have been met by ARV .. I have not seen any announcement by PGM confirming that is the case. The deal was ratified in August 2015 for a period of 3 years .. not more, unless advised ... see below:

Todays trading seems to have be well manoeuvred by an accumulator ..wait till sufficient build occurs in the 10 cent and below sell queue and then pounce .. grabbing the lot to 9 cents .. not many bots in that action ..snared another 1 mill plus shares .. so who's accumulating on the sidelines .. Doesn't appear to be the top 2 ?? What are they doing by the way ? Does the left hand know what the right hand is doing?
