i was using the old Thor SoW as $1.8m aud over 17 months not 12 -$320k per qtr - according to the Jan 13 2017 announcement (dated 12th on the announcement but released on the 13th).

there was an added $250k server fee to kick in from mid 2018 thats now subsumed in the new SoW and $350k option package they also rolled into the new SoW
i dont have a handle on what cloud customers represented or what increment of the increased Thor amount might be - i was just treated them as offsetting each other

could be Ohm revenues were $~180k for the qtr - but best to be reasonably cautious id think as the Thor payment could have been outsized
