Why sell once the TH is lifted? The current capital raising is positive and going to be wrapped up quickly leading up to the reopening of the well, leaving the SP to rise back to the 5-6c level in a few weeks.
The company needs a healthy balance sheet.. Much more prudent to do the raising beforehand as any interested parties would use an unhealthy balance sheet against any future offers.
DW has made the correct decision and continues to steer the ship in the right direction.
