seems that unlike a couple of days ago, only the most adiment AGM holders are fighting the take over now.
ZFX do not need to take over the whole company, once they have a segnificant holding and can influene the board they wont need to screw up the Co. to grab a larger slice. They can just dilute the bejebus out of the shares (ie placements) to supporters. Not to mention the nice little bonuses accorded to management.
If its not already over, it will be soon. the buy depth is not that formidable, they could (not that they would) probably dump what they hold on market take out all the >$1 buyers, that would cause a panic.
But hey, im not wishing anything negative on anyone (there is enough of that already this month) good luck to everyone.
