Prudent and concise as always HR.

I suppose we should all know by now that deadlines and plans are fluid with this lot. What they are saying and the reality of the situation are two different things.

They've apparently identified a preferred candidate. The person has been apparently been interviewed so one can assume they clearly want the job, so why is it not a done deal? What is the discussion about? Money? Complementary shares? Which of the plethora of offices Platina maintains that they will base them self in? One would think that after 4 months there might be some urgency to agree terms. Unless of course the "preferred candidate" has actually changed their mind which might suggest the "imminent" being rather more "immanent." I'm sorry to say I share HR's fear that this could easily blow out further.

I have come to the conclusion that the current Platina team as it is, has no understanding nor interest in our other sites. Think about it:

    - Hartley was brought in from Bloom for the Scandium. He was not in Platina for any part of Munni Munni or Skaergaard.
    - Moller is a lawyer who is basically a professional board member now maintaining seats in god knows how many company boards these days.
    - Jurman is quite literally the secretary for 4 different companies including ours. I think it's fair to say he's not really involved in the day to day.

Hartley is running the show (12 days a months) and his focus is scandium and why wouldn't it be.

IMO John Anderson is the SHs best chance at seeing some recognition of Munni Munni and Skaergaard now. If anyone out there knows him or has some contact details for him I implore them to get in his ear about these two sites.

The SH must have an update on the state of play of MM. The communication by Platina on it throughout the conglomerate saga has been atrocious. Now the 3 years is up and Artemis from my view point definitely did not spend the required amount on the development of MM. There needs be real discussions on the future of the agreement.

These are sad days my brothers. Allow me attempt to channel Oly for a moment:

"The ever burning lights of Olympus are fading as the waves swell around us brothers. The Kraken lurks in the depth below, ready to pick us off should we falter. Now is the time for Spartans to rise and claim their spot by the side of Zeus. Row my Spartan brothers, Row! For in failure lies only darkness, but in victory lies glory everlasting."

As always these are the opinions and musings of believer.

    Cheers,

    DMac
