Firstly, I am a chartered accountant with several listed clients. I known exactly what a 4c is as I have prepared them in the past so quite frankly NO - you are wrong.

It is a cash flow report not a report of revenue. I stated before on this site that revenue cannot be recorded for statutory financial statements purposes until the risks and rewards of ownership have transferred which is the shipping date.

HOWEVER, the 4c is not a statutory financial report it is a cash flow report so irrespective of whether revenue could be recorded under Australian Accounting Standards, the 4c includes the receipt of same in receipts from customers.

Therefore, all paid Boost pre-orders pre 31 March 2018 are included in this announcement.

I am a holder and I still believe in this company but people need facts not uneducated commentary from people who dont understand ASX disclosures or accounting standards but pretend to.
