I’m glad I’m out. SP has been manipulated up over the last few weeks. There’s no clear path to profitability and it’s all just taking way too long. The website is old and stale and missing way too many listings from both Domain and RE.
RNT need to onboard the large agencies they’re missing, then, with all rental listing in the AU market they might have a chance in the portal game.
That said, it’s clear to me, the portal model isn’t going to work which is why the focus is now shifting to renter products and services.
