Dear Simrose,
Thank you for your post, I might just clarify a couple of your comments if I could.

The s/hs or the other group you refer to are
original seed capitalists or Mr doutch himself
who received options, you and the above have a
secret agenda, as to t/o gwr and then bring
Classic minerals into the equation, which is
fair enough if classic have something to offer
which I believe they do, but the thing that
disturbs all us Dinky DI GWR s/hs, is that FAS
have only offered us words, and nothing of
substance.
In reply:
I beg to differ, although some of the Shareholders may fall into the catagory you describe, It is not the case with all of them and you do a great diservice to the mums and dads investors who have chosen to support the takeover for reasons of there own.
As Far as having a secret agends, It's not exactly a huge secret. The goal is to merge FAS, GWR and CLASSIC to form a diversified mining house.
I know you'll make the claims that FAS has not got a JORC, but then neither did GWR when the original investors bought in, it was through speculation and good geology reports, that GWR was formed and drilling commenced, that the JORC was realised.
Many of the same people who founded GWR, are the same people who are behind the consolidation of these companies. You trusted them with your money the first time around and they delivered. But now they ask you to see a bigger picture and you shun them and ridicule them.
For my part, I accepted FAS's offer for my original shares, because I believe that there are bigger and better things ahead.
By limiting my exposure exclusively to GWR, I would take the risk of losing the chance to share in the spoils of any JORC that FAS or CLASSIC may prove up in future.
Rather than buying shares in all three companies, I believe profit could be increased and expenditure decreased if all the companies were under one roof, with one board and multiple resources.
This is not some personal vendetta against any particular Director. I care not who wears the cap of head honcho, what I do care about, is which directors support my viewpoint, and which ones dont. If Gary was for the merger and Rudd against, then my upcoming vote would be different than it will be.

As to CLASSIC, I think you people have missed
the boat, on floating at 50 CENTS p/share,
It all was on the condition that you succeeded
In the t/o, also I dont think you will get
much interest from the mums & dads after all
the rubish that has gone on.
At the end of the day it will be you seed
capitalists that will make money, not the
general public.
The reason I say this is,I am going on your and
wallys statements on previous threads,
and all the shares are going to be allocated
to the people in the know.
in reply:
I wasn't aware that Classic had already floated or at what price, I'm sorry I missed out on that, it would have been nice to get into the IPO on that one. Please don't go on my posts regarding share allocations in Classic, I was just speculating on what I thought the case would be. once again it comes down to that famous quote, DYOR.

Diversification, what a wonderful statement
If you people had not got a slice of GWR
you would be diversified in to oblivion,
and as I have said before, if you people were
fairdinkum, you would have announced as such
these so called minerals, and if you people
had money you would be drilling away at the
moment, so it just goes to prove, you may find
coal.
Any Major Company increases it's wealth and that of it's shareholders by aquisition, If you see something that looks promising, you do your utmost to aquire it. As far as FAS making a play for GWR's Wiluna west goes, I find it to be good business sense on Fairstars part. It will increase their companies holdings greatly.
Fas now has two drilling ventures underway, if they are successful in proving up a JORC resource, then their companies value will increase accordingly. As a FAS holder I am exposing myself to multiple streams of revenue, something that I cannot get from GWR. By also holding GWR shares, it give me a chance to get two bights of the cherry so to speak.
People diversify their share portfolios for the very same reason. This way I can do the same within the one company without having to outlay additional funds in companies that might not realise their potential. Even if FAS is unsuccessful in proving up a JORC, they still have their stake in GWR to fall back on.

THIS is my opinion and the mums & dads
in reply:
I hope you don't claim to speak for all the mums and dad investors out there. By all means have your own opinion, but to state you talk for all the mums and dads investors is deceiving. As a mum and dad investor myself, I know you don't speak for me, or any of my friends who also hold shares in one or the other of these companies.
Once again, thank you for taking the time to respond to my post and for stating your opinions rather than just the usual sarcastic response that has become all too common on this thread.
Have a nice day
