isn;t it interesting how ppl buy up stocks thats popular & shine away from those that have fallen from grace...thats how society works but hey thats the way to make money. no risk = poor rewards. the greater the dicotomy in opinions the greater the reward. same can be said of mfs but the difference betw mfs & cnp is that at this market cap & with the quality of the assets of cnp; the risk is less.

now why would anyone in their right mind pay twice the amount to buy mfs which has a market cap higher than centro atm is beyond me. surely centro has a higher nta than nfs, surely centro has better assets than mfs & for sure centro has a new ceo with a proven track record; mfs does not have one.....

the market is crazy & this is an opportunity of a lifetime.....having said that lol lets hope that the ship stays upright at least!
