It is a good way of minimising capital gain tax. Remember any thing in personal name is taxed at the marginal rate which can be 40% say, as compared to 15% when its in the Super Fund, and a good time to transfer is when the price is low, as capital gain has to be paid at the personal level.
I would say the price is on the way up.
