Before rubbishing Mr Arnell to much, look at his past history with companies like BKN and LDW, both taken over at a massive premium under Mr Arnell's control.
If you don't like the management, sell your shares, otherwise sit back and wait for the results.
Share price has held up very well over the last three months.
