Spend $400k on a marketing weapon guru before anymore spend in that department....

Actually I would love to see some more poaching of rivals of any description ............people in the know know and would base their decisions to join based on the business case, and not necessarily on the pay packet......if they see greener pastures they will jump.......remember Ava's mass recruitment drive of 2016/2017....that no doubt is consolidating right now and just to know if we have some further tack ons... . If people are jumping...they are effectively doing some of the due diligence themselves for us shareholders... a vote of confidence.
