Whilst I wouldn't have played it the way they have Colonial IS holding a lot more cards and knowledge than most. Why? Because they are a substantial holder, they know the business, they hold Valuations and Mortgages from Centro, and they are one of Centro's major lenders. Let's hope that their strategy has been well conceived!
