Bobby- all this is fine if the cash is in our Bank- at this point it is not, and clearly the market has some doubts about sale proceeding. I've bought more so of course I hope the $$ arrive, but there are due diligence issues to come. someone said we had a binding agreement, but DD is always a get out of jail card.
