    RSI is a short term indicator most beneficial for short term trading entries and exits - the 200 EMA is often termed the fund mangers line in the sand - its a long term indicator and you dont want too many stocks in your portfolio that are below the 200 EMA - preferably none in your portfolio

    definitely no squeeze happening but its never been this far below the band before
