AVB BOD and staff accepting took a while. Have been waiting for this as have now given their shares to OZL and may not benefit if another offer and if OZL do not match or exceed.

Think is an indication the BOD have not caught whiff of any alternative bid and in that case, by next Monday, if no alternative bid surfaces unless OZL announce an extension of the offer it will close on 14 May without fail (unless >50% reached during the week when will automatically extend by 14 days).

OZL are precluded from raising bid price in absence of another offer - truth in takeovers..

Crunch time is looming and have to admit OZL are playing this well.

Think all eyes will be on BR, Glencore and Greenstone next week once Monday has come and gone..

Expect daily substantial notices. Must be one tomorrow in any case with BOD acceptance announced.
