RVR is a take over target at anything below 30 cents. surely it is more of a chance at 25 cents.

one solid positive ann can flip the chart on its head. look what happened with GXY , another beauty I keep. it was all doom and gloom and chartists were all out in force just a week ago calling for $2.20 and bang one news came out and every short is covering its position now and now the chart is telling us that $3.50 is on the cards and can go beyond.

So yeah once again, charts are good and can predict the future sometime but if the fundamentals change , charts go out the window.
