hey guys, just thinking outside the box after reading OSH May update. what if we had been approached by ------------ and we quickly needed some extra funds to contribute say 50% to ice roads , etc asap that extended to the west , ahead of our own programme (2019) and that the other party contributing 50% of the costs was our new neighbours to the west who wanted to drill asap on their lease and needed access through our leases from the highway.
just a thought...
