Hence why the dogooders claim aboriginals live in third world conditions!
If you urinate on the walls and floorboards and continually spit on every surface in the house without cleaning for a number of years, yep you are going to have a filthy, unhygienic health hazard!
Mind you if you throw food waste on the floor and leave that for months, it accelerates the problem and leads to infestation!
I have seen these conditions first hand too many times in remote communities!
A recent housing construction and refurbishment program in a community of 2000 people I recently worked in cost the taxpayer over 90 million dollars. Almost all the new homes built 5 years ago look 25 years old and are under constant repair!
