By saying :

"I would suggest an analysis of the data. And from that it is reasonable to believe they will be able to get the gas to flow when they drill the next well."

I'm presuming you mean gas at a rate and quantity that makes it economically viable ?

In summary the way I see it is :
1. We need a well drilled without any issues that prevent success.
2. We need gas to be there in economic quantities.

I'd be great if you could let us know what points in the data provided have led you to believe that they will be able to get gas flowing in the next well that will make the price move up rather than down.
