Yep. That's why I sold at $1.02 and bought ZFX at an overall average of $8.80. ZFX are already paying a big premium at $1.00. The instos are punting on a higher offer now by paying a smidgen more than $1.00 but watch them bail out at $1.00 if no other bid surfaces.
