Snacks,
I think the reality is that while CVI is trading in a tight range like it has been then option 2 will make you the most money.
The problem arises in what if CVI announces a "company maker".... this, in theory boosts your holding in value by, I don't know.... 3 or 4 times minimum?.....
Then which one is better?
I think this is the problem with this stock. i can see merit for short term traders.... but if CVI actually delivers then the short term gains from trading start looking very, very small indeed.
I hold for the fundumentals, meaning I think the long term value is high.... I could be wrong.... if I am then your option 1 will make you more money than me.... if I am right then it is probably the opposite.
cheers, Tony.
