If you deal with the NSW government then the action/reaction time is immeiate...from someone who has been in a position to deal with governments. The US government is similar. The good old days are long gone. I can't and wont speak for China or Mexico. Remember that China is a country that is just opening up even if its at a rapid rate. Really get your facts right.
The fact is according to posters and the company we've been waiting for mexico for ever and ever and ever.
As for being blind sided by the FDA...what rubbish..this is an organisation that has to get it right..they are a lead organisation and many world bodies rely on their judgement.
I keep hearing that there is communication from the company about where they are going etc etc but won't make official announcements. That my friends is either inside information which is seriously looked upon by the law or just plain rubbish. Think about it.
As for being in a position of being the lead supplier for drug testing what makes anyone think that this product will be embrased by organisations requiring drug testing facilities. We already have breath testing in various forms and the world is aware of the so called saliva method. Are there others working on the same principle and might they not beat SBN to FDA approval.
There are other points that have been continuously raised that are certainly not correct but the fact/s as they stand at the moment are that this organisation hasn't come good on Mexico be it ever so small in the time frame, didn't get the FDA application right when they seem to have taken some time over it and had consulted with the relevent organisations, made no real public announcements of significence to even justify the current price etc. Sadly I'm a holder.
