Everyone continues to focus on the rightousness or fault of MMX in the the context of its present entity with PK at the helm. CHM's case is embedded in the actions of Barnes and Grimaldi in 2004. Whatever sins were committed then will be visited on all the desendants of those involved, including the present day MMX, Crosslands and Pinnicale.
CHM has less than 0.2c/share cash backing and no assets so with no rumour rockets or hype its sp will continue to languish until some substance is revealed. It would do well to remember that AH is at the helm this dreadnought and as 'under' stated in the 30NOV announcement 'Chameleon's claim is serious and substantial.'
