4. RESOLUTION 4 – INCREASE OF AGGREGATE AMOUNT PAYABLE TO NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following as an ordinary resolution:
“That, for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 10.17, Clause 7.5 of the Company’s Constitution and for all
other purposes, the [[[[[MAXIMUM]]]]]] aggregate amount payable to Non-Executive Directors be increased by
$500,000 to $800,000.”
