1982... What a year! The year Brissie came of age after their Comm. Games, and feathers in the ear were all the rage.

And Matilda eh, that big kangaroo... what a darlin' she was, with her magical blink!

And coincidentally, that year (and one either side) has, to my mind, managed to breed a higher rate of the most unconscionable, aggressive sort of know-it-alls than any other.

Whether that is a function of my age, or of theirs, will be time determined.
(And apologies to those in their mid-30's who might not fit that bill.)

Meanwhile, the long termers await, and the shorters, with their punt on quicker (but less dynamic) outcomes come and go as their regime tell them they should.

No matter to us, and no matter to me...I am locked and loaded onto something that may make (or lose) a me a lot of hard earned.

I could rabbit on forever, but the cold fact is that in 2yrs time, we will either be 50 cents plus, or banished to the ASX netherlands.
