Bruce, while you’re right that CTP have performed generally in line with many other small cap energy stocks over the last few years, I only mentioned these facts to provide balance to the bravado of his reported accomplishments.
The real sting is the actions he took during the Scheme of Arrangement, which is what this departure is really all about. If you weren’t a CTP shareholder between Nov-2016 & July-2017 you may not fully appreciate this…
