    Jkerr you were mentioning in a previous post I think that they were undercutting the magnolia pricing. This is a bit concerning that projects behind us in schedule are signing binding deals. Are we meeting the market when it comes to pricing and the offering? Were we talking to GALP who would be an investment grade buyer?
