ummm...did you mean to say MMX is miles in front?
Because I thought MMX had undertaken months worth of engineering studies on the port and rail, whereas MIS has done nothing as far as I know. Correct me if I'm wrong.
As you say, as long as the port/rail get built it doesnt matter that much who builds it. Either way both MIS/MMX will be cash cows.
