    TAA announced after market close a placement at 8 cents for 20 M shares to raise $1.6M to fund expansion and the acqusition of raw materials to supply 2 major contracts.

    This should put some people concern of running out of cash to bed, while however diluting the share register.

    It will be interesting to see how the market reacts to this news on open on Monday.
