Before the trolls get a chance to continue to spin rubbish, the company has explained the reduction in cash receipts in the last three dot points of the 'Financial and Activity Measures' subheading.. and I quote.
1) Production staff historically assigned to revenue generating production for non CBA clients were temporarily diverted to short term CBA training programs.
2) No revenue was generated from these staff whilst they participated in CBA training.
3) As a result, short term revenue from other clients has reduced for the quarter. IAM anticipates this to be a short term occurrence.
