next big thing?

Is it time for this company to finally put some runs on the board? Can the share price get back to the $3 + range? Law and order issues are being addressed and a source of cheap gas is good for both nations. Aus. does a huge amount of trade with PNG ( population 4 mill.)
The share price can only increase in the weeks ahead as investors re-rate this stock. Can anyone think of a possible suitor to OSH/take-over bids etc? Any idea of who/when new chairman will be named?
