It's just my estimation based on the available information. When I buy into a bona fide gold producer I'm looking at the next 4-5 years at least. TRY is surviving and has a turnaround of sorts happening but by my reckoning has more chance of running into liquidity problems in the medium to long term than emerging as a cash cow. Once I see all the debt paid, consistent production and visibility on mine reserves going forward I might consider the company.
Just on a guess they will need somewhere between $30 and $60 million to develop an UG mine at minimum. Will there be enough cash flow in the open pits to fund this sort of development?
If not the company is just doing this.Esh
