I would love it if that was the case but the "global rollout" will surely come into effect after the tech has been proven at commercial scale. Don't you think at this early stage, the MPA signing will be enough of a drawcard for our politicians to align themselves to? Again- I have to ask- what do you think the headline will be as the MPA is signed?
As for the ongoing commentary/blogging from management I simply put it down to the company wanting to come up in Google searches for certain terms related to clean-coal and energy. Occam's razor?
