I think it'll be a merger, or friendly takeover.
Not capital raising because 5 mill line of credit in place a month ago.
Not MOU because that wouldn't warrant a trading halt.
Ferrowests problem is one of size. It has the expertise, the properties, but no capacity to raise the funds it needs.
So I reckon it'll merge with a larger partner - probably Asian
