    Conclusion: This study establishes that a novel 32P brachytherapy device is easily deliverable via EUS. In combination with gemcitabine chemotherapy this is a tolerable and potentially effective treatment for locally inoperable pancreatic cancer. A study escalating the radiation dose used is planned.
