If it is capping, why? Must confess I have long thought this was being manipulated but to what end? HHL have soaked up 200 miilion shares but where have they come from? Their buying was a long term sustained process of dribbling the required amount in each day/week until they met the desired buy target. When that stopped, the prices headed south on small volume, as you might expect when support dries up. Now they are at all time lows - at least over the past three years - there seems to be an effort to keep them there. Why?
