The date? Soonish. Too many promises broken, ignoring well thought out emails from me and others with alternative solutions to WBT and NXR. Requesting information which I’m entitled to.... and the list goes on.

If this was the usual pump and dump, I’d accept my loss and move on. But I firmly believe there has been nefarious actions by some going back years. They lost they’re marbles on the greed frenzy which the previous board of NXR were a party to.

I made a phone call to Patrick Flint the day after Shanny’s interview and said ‘Shanny should not have done that interview without legal representation’ he went quiet and the call ended. I have been told Patrick endorsed the interview.

Gathering all information in reports to authorities takes time and needs evidence to back it up. And I have piles to refer to.
