Dear find8,
thank you for your advice to sell my FAS shares, but i'm quite happy to hold onto them. you say my fas shares have fallen from $2 to 20cents, you know that's not true,
You're just manipulating figures to give that appearance. you seem to fail to take into account the dilution, and that anyone who swapped from GWR holds seven FAS shares for each GWR. at the current share price of 27 cents x 7 gives me a price of $1.89 a share, the same as the current GWR share price.
There are a quite a few FAS shareholders from before the Takeover, who would have lost on paper, But I think you'll find a vast number of these shares are held by the sophisticated investors and the directors behind the merger.
I feel sorry for any mums or dads that may have sold up and lost money. But I feel equally as sorry for the GWR holders who bought in at $2.68 and sold out at $1.53
To be honest, I haven't heard of too many FAS holders complaining on the forum. though I'm sure there are a few, the same as there are a lot of disgruntled holders of GWR who have also lost money.
So I'm happy with my decision to hold onto FAS, you needn't try to persuade me to sell them and move them back to GWR. I don't trust the senior management, they haven't delivered, they announce a 70% Jorc increase, and then set about driving the shareprice down.
You're right about one thing though, GWR should be worth $4 a share. Why's it trading at $1.89? $26m in the bank and no 100mt by christmas. Where are the drilling results? why Gary, you promised?
And then there is Falaknaz, Claims he supports GWR, but trades his shares for FAS. GWR offer Falak a place on the board so he tries to swap sides again. Sounds to me like a bad case of cold feet. Ready to sell out either company if it's in his interest. A man who can't make a deal and stand by it?
Not the sort of board member I would want. At least FAS are united, have a stable board with a common goal. GWR spends more of our money on infighting and lawyers (not to mention printing) than they've spent on drilling.
No sir, I'll not be supporting GWR's managing director, because I believe he's doing a miserable job.
Have a nice day
Sir Incognito
